I thought this was entertaining enough and when I got up to date with the manhua I moved onto the novel. It's just misery porn. Li Lei ends up repeatedly and savagely raping the main character, while acting like its her fault he does it. Add on to that the continuous physical abuse she suffers from him and others and it is truly repellent shite.

Wonder if the manhwa is going a different route then, @Uthred cause it sure doesn't seem like he's like that in this. If so, that's a pity :\ bad enough the first guy was such a fuck up (adopting her, grooming her, then abusing her) and this new guy in her next life seems alright so far after 134 chapters.

Has the novel ended? Where did you end up finding the novel to read?

If any of you guys want to read it, you can find it on bato.to. But let me give you a warning, the first 50-60(?) chapters are good, but it just goes downhill from there. Both ML & SML (add FL to that, too) are TERRIBLE. The novel is still updating, you can read it at Box Novel (about 1,000+ chapters). As @Uthred said, it's entertaining at first, but then starts to be literal p*rn & no character development (not that I know of, I dropped the manga & novel a long time ago).

You can read it, but you've been warned.
