A Stepmother's Märchen - Vol. 1 Ch. 51

@cheffungus Oh my goodness if that's the case... no wonder I was getting such

vibes from him.

Kinda curious as to how Jeremy's gonna mature from here on out. Also what excuse he'll come up with so Shuli can still live with them.

@mishika10600 I think he was talking from the perspective of Johannes in reference to his dead wives brother Count Reicher. He can’t have a wife since he’s a priest. We actually don’t know anything about him other than is position.

@codi thank you so much for your explanation!! I was really lost as to what’s happening x_x my English isn’t that good so there are scenes which is confusing to me TnT

@Greinai yes shuri is just 16 years old. But the kids are even younger. Jeremy and that red hair was in the age of puberty. So it's still in common sense that they actually don't know because they just... don't understand it yet I guess.

I mean sure if you grow in a loving or wise family you can grow wiser, but not all of people have it. Not all the kids get it.

I'm glad Jeremy is growing up. The fact that he is helpless in this court and now understands the reality of Shuli's position amongst other nobles is a sad but good learning opportunity. He might not be far enough to know why that priest and the prince tried to ruin their family, but at least he knows that the church and the royal family do not have the best interests of their household in mind.

Thank you for the chapter!!

Woah the suspense...
That annoying crusty sangwoo looking priest guy is pissing me off. Just shut up and mind your own business if you don't even know who you're fighting. He's a pretty good villain it's just that he's old and crusty
It seems Jeremy is maturing
