In case you didn't notice, male MC looks like a huge dick, while female MC looks adorable and nice.

What kind of misogynist incel (the kind of people who think all girls are terrible) would write a story about a nice girl and a shitty guy? That's against his ideology.
And if you're referring to the fact that the guy call all girls at his school bitches... It's not glorified; The guy still looks like an asshole.

If he truly was an incel/misogynist, he would write shitty girls and a good guy who doesn't get the girl because she's a terrible person, something like that. He wouldn't write a shitty guy with a nice girl.
