Their youth has been restored, but not in a time-reversal kind of way. Just that their bodies don't have all the issues that come with aging.

Kind of makes me sad when there is no one in that clean up crew among the real youth generation, not just those two cheat young people. I remember there being a trend on the internet of kids going to trash ridden sites and taking a before and after clean up pictures. I'd love if that trend would take off more. It's satisfying to see the transformations of improvement and know people are taking care of the world around them.
