Not at all. Leo is just a massive Tsundere in this moment. However, she has a point that Fooly is too trusting of people who try and mess with/kill him. Fooly isn't really dense. He is just too nice. I am fairly sure Fooly never will fall for anyone else besides Leo, simply because he has reaffirmed this many times. Leo, just really doesn't want to admit it for some reason, but she likes him a lot too. For all intents and purposes, they have been dating for months now, just without the actual title of "dating". Fooly though, has just recently shown how strong he actually is, while at the same time, revealed his abs fetish to the general public. So every girl who is in shape is asking him to judge them. Fooly, just judges them, nothing more.

Leo really needs to just accept she likes Fooly. He really cant do anything, since he has done just about everything he can do on his end to convey his feelings.
