Sometimes plot is unnecessary in the comfort manga story. I would've been happy if they went to the demon lord and its now that demon chick that was being chased by the human/demon guy. Or hell the guy himself since she made a joke that she can only marry the demon king and he went and beat the previous guy up and took his throne. And she's just sitting there with the O_O face.
