@KraZTaco It is a gag manga, as heavily implied by the tone of the title. That doesn't mean it isn't a rom-com, the two are not mutually exclusive. I don't really understand what else you could expect from a premise like this. If you're looking for a well-developed world this has always been the wrong manga for you. Even if they did build up an overarching plot, let's say something standard like defeating a demon king, any serious focus on it would betray the main draw of the manga that was set by the first chapters (and obviously the title).
