There are at least two people who understand why this manga doesn't have any problems. There are many successful manga with this kind of setup. Ever read Saiki Kusuo? It is easily one of the top 5 comedy manga, and it has the same basis for it (granted, the MC's power parodies the concept).

@Zirvano just reading it to finish it. Same with the female Fooly thing, chapter 65, I made a comment there explaining it but the author single handedly destroyed the premise by making Leo basically sexually lesbian but romantically ok with Fooly thus destroying things. Only hope Fooly has is to permanently gender swap to a female and then he could have leo but as a male he has no chance unless its force written. We've had how many chapters with different male fooleys and only the female fooley illicited that response from her.
