Kuru is still Taku's girlfriend right? but she has gone to see the idols with that other kid, because Taku didn't want to go, but the idol is the girlfriend of the boy going to the show, and thinks that Kuru is going out with him.- I think I'm getting this part

Why does she say "that annoying insect is still attached to him"?

We still don't know much about idol girl but knowing this manga, she's the only one that thinks that.
