She knows it the black dragon.
During the meeting, its implied that they will fake the appearance of the black dragon and make him to go to his nest, and later on back to Fia so that no one will be suspicious enough of her pet except the browny captain.
Remember the captain said 100% it will show right?
Just a glance with Fia during the meeting tells it all...
