What in the god damn. To whoever typeset this, please don't convert a color image from jpg to png, while also scaling it 2x with whatever photoshop has as default. If you need to upscale a color image use Waifu2x-Caffe and set it to output a 100% jpg when you scale.
This is what the other guy uploaded looks like when upscaled 2x with denoise level 1, all for the low low price of a 1.6 megabyte jpg.

I looked at the raws on pixiv and they're already good looking hi res PNGs and like 1.7 MB, i don't even know anymore.
