I would agree with what soph said if ellen's dumb ass wasn't the one who "sent" caidel away.
it's not everyday you meet someone who's willing to fight a demon like noah for you. and at this point i'm pretty sure ellen really is the one who killed caidel's family (I think she's the arsonist), so unless she was somehow forced i'm not really shipping them rn anyways
