I think her name is supposed to a variation of Aloe Vera. If her name were Aurora, it would be spelled as オーロラ (OOROA) instead.

@YamiryuuZero Hope you will excuse my english. You are probably right, and I was conflicted on that. Like you said, アロエラ, is literally aloe vera (at least to my knowledge). I thought it was very strange, and that surely the author did not intend for her to be 'Aloe Vera'. 'Aroela' or 'Aloela' both sounded odd as well. 'Aurora' was a magical-sounding word that I thought was close enough to the reading of her name so I thought I would try that. She hasn't appeared in any more chapters that I have seen, but I will think about updating this chapter with a more accurate reading of her name.
