Its really interesting reading this manga with a vague idea of what happened at every stage but no real memories of how exactly they took place. Like Scipio's plan sounds familiar but I can't remember what it is before it actually happens.

I keep getting "Aha! So thats what was foreshadowed" -moments all the time with this series and I love it ?

@Synomuumi I'm in the process of reading a scholarly work about the Punic Wars, & I've got to say, this author has really done some impressive research into the little incidents that occurred during Hannibal's campaigns. The characterizations & the pacing work remarkably well in crafting the story. More people (read - Americans) would appreciate studying history if it was always presented like this.
