Iirc this one get discontinued and the manga only cover the 3rd first volumes of the LN. However the manga get a new serialisation alongside the anime adaptation as said below in the comment. https://mangadex.org/title/37694/adachi-to-shimamura That's the new one who hopefully while cover at least the 8 volumes of the L.
