Add a way to check what forum threads you've started :planned:

It'd be nice if we had a way to check what forum threads we've created, so that we can go check in on them easily. Or maybe even a way to do so for any user via their profile page. I can't really think of a good use for that second part, but it might be easier to handle it that way in terms of implementation (i.e. have it be a part of the user profile layout the way Chapters and Manga are or something like that).

I didn't see anything about this in the planned/rejected features list, though I suppose it could just be part of "Forum rework".
