Add highlight to manga title based on preferred tag(s) in main page. :maybe:

First of all, apologies if this is already been suggested but there is no mention of them in planned and rejected features. I just think that it would be easier to discover some specific genre manga e.g. Genderswap, time travel, etc from main page. Something like this

@Souryuu This feature is somewhat similar to ExHentai's, although instead of just highlighting the series they'll also display the tags the series contains that the user is watching out for.

I'm not really sure if that would look good with our UI for v5... over the alternative of just using search
