The term for the evil god can be seen as the "strange god" as well. But also evil god also sounds off.

Deviant God would be my guess for the likliest suitable term, given the meaning "deviant" holds as breaking from expected standards, as either of "evil" and "strange" would entail.
Other, less directly related options within the same general field of meaning are Outsider God, Enigmatic God, Mysterious God, Uncanny God, Demon God, and Sinister God.
