Hiroyuki ended this series in a burst of volumes (3 volumes in 3 months) to coincide with the anime. It had kinda just run its course.

I read the earliest episodes of this series, and they were really bad. I read some later episodes, and they varied from really bad to awful. Seeing that the series had come to its end, I looked at the final episode, and it was very weak, which is an improvement on being really bad and especially on being awful, but it seems as if there probably aren't any episodes that are actually good.

Sucks that it ended like this but honestly... this is the kinda ending I expected to see from this series. I feel so annoyed not knowing what's gonna happen to these idiots. UGH.
Now I'm getting that sad feeling you get when a series you like ends.

At least we got that one doujin for a little taste of Akkun/Sayaka in the end.

Loved that doujin. Even if Hiroyuki said it wasn't canon I still wanna believe those two hooked up somehow. (If only Akkun wasn't so dang cold.)

This series was bananas but overall it was good. Ending is abrupt but I don't think this could have ended any other way.
