If we are being honest.
The Prince has a good reason, she killed his brother; it was a set up, a good framing.

Her ruler betrayed her and the crown prince was used as a tool.

Huge difference with the other "Get with the murderer" where is a stupid prince's ego or is in the name of "Love" and never did a background check on the facts.
She did kill royalty, that alone is reason for execution.

Also, I actually dont mind her ending up with the ML as long as his character arc is well written. I believe that everyone is worthy to get a second chance, especially if they were fooled to commit such a grave mistake. It kind of reminded me of Lady to Queen, ive ran across a couple of people who hated it and compared it to the empress series thing but I absolutely loved it.

Cant wait to see this series till the end. Here's to hoping for a well developed story! <3
