ive been reading this manga on and off for years but honestly its such a treat. These girls are incredible in their own way, they aren't dumbed down, and you can really feel their joy. Some aspects may be cliche however I have never had any other idol story be as impactful as this one.

For some perspective on the sales number: 250k is about what an AKB sister group sells for their Singles these days and keep in mind Idol CD sales are inflated in comparison, because they come with tickets to Handshake Events, which is why Fans will buy tons of the same CD. (there's been cases of one person buying over a thousand alone)
