Well looking at your question, I'm guessing you are mentioning this because of the bad rep yaoi has with romanticizing rape? It's just like when I read any other genres besides yaoi and yuri, such as gore or psychological horror. I enjoy reading it, but would never condone violence or rape or whatnot in real life.

That said, this webtoon contains none of those, so I don't see the problem either way, in the case that if someone were to be uncomfortable with seeing disturbing content in creative works.
This webtoon is simply just a work of fiction showing a romance between 2 men. Unfortunately, if you have an issue with that in itself, then I can't really say anything about that.

It happen to me to. For some reason mangadex cut the image in tiny pieces and takes for ever to load the whole chapter
