@DaJa-rahrah Uh the reason is what you said. She didnt make an OBVIOUS MOVE. Literally all he thinks they are just friends. He also prob taught that she has on interest in him because she keeps saying "i dont care lol" to him pretty much. Doesnt mean they hang out means he'll think she likes him.

Women have a thousand different views on reality and because they'll over think something they'll expect men to read their minds and know exactly what's going on. Meanwhile for guys in that situation they really need the girl to make the first move. Men are playing checkers while women are playing underwater 4d GO in that situation.
