Very different from the anime, In fact I would say they just took the characters changed them a bit, removed relation, and over all story, assuming that anime came first which I don't know (and don't care) and am just stating the differences for those that came from the anime, like me

The manhua came before the donghua, so the anime changed the characters from their original personalities in the manga

An original and well-thought plot, pretty surprising for a manhua - given the amount of well.. garbage stories you'd pretty much find from a typical generic copy-paste manhua. So far it's very interesting and LEGITIMATELY funny. Story revolves around supernatural beings poking fun of their stereotypes and more.
