Allow external links immediately when adding a new title :maybe:

It's kinda annoying that you need to fully add a new title, then go back and edit it to stick in the relevant MAL/MU/etc. links. If there's a technical reason this won't work, then don't mind me.

I'm unsure why this wouldn't be doable. It makes sense to me. If Holo approves, we'll change the flag to Planned.
