Allow for multiple official release links of the same language

Official links for different languages is already suggested but this doesn't cover cases where multiple companies have the rights for a single language.

For example, https://mangadex.org/title/11314/bungo-stray-dogs has 2 English publishers depending on region and https://mangadex.org/title/17013/yondaime-ooyamato-tatsuyuki will have a seperate English publisher for ebook and print.
