Allow to change/toggle keyboard shortcuts for different keyboard layouts

Very small thing, but in some places like France we use a different keyboard (azerty in France, instead of qwerty).
So a nice small improvement would be to be able to switch what keys are used to scroll (other than the arrows) (zqsd instead of wasd for example)
