One thing I think I realized (not 100% this is correct):

"Tatsu" means "to have an erection", or as I translated, "to be hard". An ongoing joke in the series is that Amachin could be saying "Tatsu!" (shorthand for Tatsumi), or "I have an erection!"/"I'm hard!".

I really like this manga and wanted to translate for a while. But I don't have the digital raws.

@pedoro the "Raw" link below the series' description has some (not all) raw chapters. I literally just downloaded the images there - an annoying process, but it works. You can use snipping tool too. There's a chapter 2, but no 3 and 4. Technically you can purchase the electronic version on Amazon JP or some other site and snip/extract the images from there.
