Thank you dropout! I've been following the Spanish (Mexican) version just to get my fill, but it's great seeing this happiness and too-many-openingness in God's Language.
Someone explained this in better detail than me, but there is actually quite a lot of progress, I mean, literally it is (and it in a very detailed and cohesive manner) moving forward in time. Chapters refer back to each, and are often dependent upon it. Heck, the beach confession is almost admirable in that you have two teenagers basically admitting they love each other, but having enough self-control to say "we should focus on our work and friendship until we're ready", which is way more adult than "let's fuck to celebrate our love."
Not saying childhood dating is bad, or young love ( I love a fulfilled romance), but it's taken me 28-years to figure out "you're best having friends and focusing" and letting love and marriage happen when it's time.
