ummm It shouldn't matter if he is gay or not. If he rejected the coworker's feelings to their face, that should be enough. There doesn't need to be a big reason to reject someone. If you aren't interested, then you aren't interested and that's that!
I know both of the women didn't mean anything bad but they were being really annoying and kinda manipulative... Like were they intending to harass him into dating??

@Leomonade It's so upsetting. Bf or gf, what's the difference. The fact that they gossip about him. The fact that they created this big confrontation and put him on the spot. Like he was in the wrong or owed her anything more than a gentle rejection. She has trauma? Isn't it obvious Kanade would have trauma too?

Look, if I were Sis Fujoshi (I don't want to remember her name, sorry) and my friend was crying over the fact that she's rejected by some guy, I'll tell her to either get on with her life cuz it ain't worth it OR STAY OUT OF IT. It’s nice to see that people seem to call out that woman whose name I cannot remember. Like, simple rejection should have been enough to signal that he is not interested. He shouldn’t be required to out himself just to reject her. His arguments, while a little harsh, are actually sound, at least in my opinion.
