The atmosphere and style remind me a bit of I Seriously Can't Believe You (Jimi Fumikawa) and Golden Sparkle (Suzumaru Minta).

Rakuda Shoko's first manga (Tadareta Koi ni wa Itashimasen!) was nice but short (5.5 chapters), while this one seems to be longer (there's the continuation planned after the 6 first chapters of tome 1) which is good!
