Ok..... So the first couple the husband is no longer sexually attracted to his wife, but watches porn on the low. The co-worker is being neglected by his wife because she’s always working. They’re all in their mid 30’s and been married over 5 years.

Because he's not meeting either of her physical or emotional needs, they're basically separated but just live together.
I don't think they're even a couple especially because of his attitude so it doesn't feel like cheating, no point for her to use the mental shackles of marriage.
