Ah, I get it, pages 13-15 were flashbacks to the last time she got sick. Compared to then, You’s efforts were still lacking and very much driven by guilt. Their relationship is so difficult to watch.

Oh my gosh, this is a mess. It doesn't matter who cheated first tbh, they both did, and they should feel guilty over it. Their reasoning may be reasonable but it still isn't justifiable. I just hope things won't get violent. Thank the lord there are no kids involved, or else, I'd be throwing a black plastic bag on them.
