It just clicked for me this chapter, Ophelia has been/ is going through a depressive episode. I think we all may have been too hard on her. If I'm right that would explain why her inner monologue is so out of place with reality and why her actions have been so self destructive.

Yeah, claude is gay but ophelia is the only woman he could love. But she still choose orpheus. So much drama over misunderstanding. Poor claude getting dragged into their drama. Sigh

I pity orpheus.... Even after he did his best at communicating. His wife ran from him. And then he went to another man's house to look for her and she won't even return with him. I just wanted Ophelia to return home when it started raining. Because that's the most sensible thing to do. Go home talk.
