Why are people thinking the series is going to develop a romance between Shino and Nozomi? So far everything has been pretty filial in nature. I'm saying this as a huge yuri-fan.

and whatnot ). This coming from someone who never wore googles, can't stand stock GL tropes, and would rather avoid seeing them developed here.

I mean, is just 1 + 2 ... is not that hard to imagine, right ? and I'm a yuri fan too but I doubt things will happen that way, my guess is that Shino will like her as mother and sister and Nozomi might have a hard time letting her go as substitute for the brother (which might not be very healthy), and it's been only a year so if anything happens it won't be anytime soon ... Being het or yuri, I don't think we will have enough manga for that to happen.
I bet the climax will be the graduation, but is still, what? a year from now? because that's the only moment where I can see them walking different paths

Almost all of this' been said or seen before, and aside from the question "is anq a machine?", it seems to be the main thing that people are interested in. Plus, it feels somewhat important, as that kind of development would be rather heavy deviation from the premise (while creating some troublesome implications at the same time) - yuri surprise wouldn't be a pleasant surprise for everyone. So what's your point?

I can understand wanting the story going that route. I mean, with your points. I take an issue with believing it definitely it will based on nothing that actually happened on the story. The past of the author is not really that important. Hell, there was that yuri author that went mainstream with a het comedy that even got an anime adaptation.

@mikegnesium Spoilers are spoilers, I never saw spoilers here before, sorry about you if you saw them but that doesn't give you the right to ruin it for everyone else who didn't with the lame excuse that you're actually trying to help the readers, it looks like you're not happy with the discussions and the route this manga is taking so maybe try not to bright the mood down with your negativity and avoid assuming stuff when what you're truly doing is complain.

You being a yuri fan and wanting to be surprised by possible GL development (which i'm not saying will happen) doesn't give you the right to look down on those other expectations.

And heck, the same author wrote 'Chihaya's fine the way she is'
So really not buying the 'author is famous for Yuri, so this is probably Yuri too'
