More seriously, it's quite probably half and half. In that Nozomi will start a relationship with her colleague but will *always* have an extra close relationship with Shino, simply because of how they have supported each other and due to each needing the other to fill the void that the brother has left.

Yeah, I’d say the direction could be half-and-half really.
Although I think a direction like @MonsieurQuack said would be the more interesting path. Where Nozomi moves on from her many hangups but along the way she got someone else who can support her, a new family member.

I’d say it’s a more interesting conflict than just “Oh, I can be gay with my own family, so it’s all good.”
