I thought this was going to be a nice love story but looks more like a codependent relationship with a tiny bit of yandere here and there. The fluff of past chapters is still there, but the something dark is rearing its ugly head at both of them.

@AsuraRaza Seems to be a representation of Nozomi's inner dark desire for Shino to stay exactly the way she is and never leave or move away, since the desk, signifying Shino studying and eventually working on her career choice and eventually becoming independent, is blacked out, and what seems to be her school uniform, which would represent her current state of being a student and dependency on Nozomi for financial support, being highlighted by the shading.
