I'm 100% certain Nozomi already knows that Heidi is trans or cross dressing. I'm pretty sure it was mentioned or alluded to in her introduction.

Also, yes, Heidi was revealed to be a crossdresser already at their first meeting. I guess Nozomi refers to her as "her" because that is how they were introduced (or because that's what the translator chose, since the original japanese likely didn't feature any gendered pronouns).

just go with the yuri already, it's so clear the author is writing Nozomi and Shino as having some sort of feelings for each other (Shino clearly and Nozomi feeling guilty here, wanting to monopolise Shino and so on). There needs to be some sort of progress or at least talk about it between the two. Please no more stupid fcking "can't talk cause gotta have drama" -_-

also, this whole... w.e with Heidi better be just friendship and Nozomi opening up to non-family people. It'd be really stupid that while Nozomi is unable to even open up and connect with other people, as well as clearly not over her husband, yet she'd suddenly fall in love or something with this rando out of nowhere... especially with her current feelings/emotions around Shino :/

also, Heidi seems to have his own issues with dead lover, so it doesn't make sense for him to fall in love either seeing as how it's clear he hasn't moved on. Friendship would actually be a good thing for both of em as they can talk to each other about losing their partner

Unlike a lot of people here, I'm actively hoping for the Heidi-Nozomi route. One of the many cobwebs Shino needs to clear out of her head is her brother, as heartless as it is to phrase it like that. No matter how long Shino waits Nozomi won't be able to get back to him, and her moving on is the best thing she can do for her own mental health. If Nozomi were to pick up Shino instead the two would just replace the brother with one another, which surely can't be mentally sound for either of them. Nozomi moving on might allow Shino to finally move on. Then again, maybe I'm just a bit too much of a sucker for whatever's going on between Shino and Koizumi as well.

All in all some delicious drama coming our way, and not in a bad way. I like it! Thanks for the scanlation!

EDIT: Also, why are people calling it Melodrama? It's rather Drama through and through, not very Melo- in any way whatsoever. Unless I put completely different things into the word than other people around here do.
