Looks like Nozomi is finally going to open up about all her pent-up pain, although it's not to Shino so it probably won't settle everything between them right away. Still, it's good that she can get some of the weight she's been carrying off her back. I like that her relationship with Heidi is seemingly heading more towards a close friendship/understanding , it's a refreshing take on the usual trope.

Well, if you end up having a spiritual successor like Houseki no Kuni (Which is arguably one of the best hybrid 3d anime out there) you have to put more effort in your production at some point.

That tends to happen a lot with long running 3D animation shows anyway, as technologies get cheaper, the production values go up and the staff gets more experience. Just look at how the Clone Wars used to look like in the first season compared to the last.

I don't know writing but apparently it has had problems with it since the beginning, especially with Vol. 6 (i think) which is the worst since it's very slow. Rn Vol.8 is airing and so far, it has some problems but I personally like how things are going and it is not the worst thing ever.
