Before you're calling people sex crazed mothrrfuckers you should realise that people stopped thinking that this manga is even a Yuri. It was mostly teasing and it's not even about sex. Do you even read Yuri? Most of Yuri always evoke emotional moment instead of sex. Yuri Sex normally happen like few % of the story and most of the times by the end of story.
This isn't Romcom or Ecchi Manga as well so no sane person would expect that.

The author just went too far using same formula to the point it is boring drama.
