Kaga showing up to spice things up feels forced to me and wasn't really necessary, but thats my opinion. I was kinda hoping it would be Mai and Souta's love progression with the occaisonal high jinks with Yukihiro and Aki

I don't really like how the author ends this story lol
So there is an accident in the last chapter of volume 9. What a weird way towards the final conclusion.
I won't tell you what kind of accident it is. But I think it's quite stupid to spice the situation a little bit.
Because the progress, the flow of the story is good enough with many silly moments all over the place. The main couple even finally come to the state where they understanding to each other. Until 'it' happened.

Overall, it's unfortunately the lovey-dovey moments are not that much.But I don't hate the whole 'comedy and slice of life' thing in it.

I thought the whole thing with his piece of shit cousin was over, but then it got brought back and it focuses a lot on how he's feeling about her and shit. We got that during volume 3/4, it was unnecessary to bring up his love again because it just made him look like even more of a piece of shit going after his cousin's girl. It really felt rushed and/or axed.
