Ano Hito no I ni wa Boku ga Tarinai - Vol. 4 Ch. 18 - That So-called Energy Shortage

Lotta developments, like the inclusion of new people on the whole Vagrant thing, some MC backstory being revealed, Big Beautiful Whale turning into chibi plush size, etc. Great work.

Now, I'm really curious about the seedling. Seedlings, as they are known to do, grow. Wonder if it'll ever grow and become something.

"Sunrise Express"! Yes!

I've been on that train a dozen times -- it's the only scheduled sleeper train service left in operation in Japan, running between Tokyo and the south. The train splits in two at Okayama, half of it goes to Izumo in Shikoku.

This is not getting stale and somehow even more wholesome by the chapter.
I'm quite surprised!

I'm surprised Gabe and Makoto accepted everything just like that....

Anyway, from gigantism, to mini furry? Why not.

I can't believe maid is fucking dead.

Dear diary, dekai was sugoi this time.

@Nojay
As JRPass holder i took "nobinobi" seat. Couchette car, japanese style, sorta like a mix between capsule hotel and Japanese room. Not very convenient with a huge suitcase, though.

This manga has never failed to disappoint. Please let this trip back home include Sachi-senpai having to wear the tiger-girl suit from page 1. The world needs this to happen!!!

@HYBRID_BEING

The nobinobi option is what I use since it's free for JR pass holders (and it saves me renting a hotel room for a night). Note that the last page of chapter 18 shows Funatsugi-san standing at the platform marker for car 5 of the Sunrise Express, that's one of the nobinobi cars. Yeah, the lack of luggage space is a pain but I can usually work around it. The firmness of the tatami-mat floor in each berth is more of a problem since there's no futon supplied, just a light sheet. I've taken to carrying one of those foam camping mats with me for these journeys.

BTW nobinobi means, roughly, "stretched out".
