From 5 days work / 2 days rest and 1 day work / 10 days rest how did they arrive at 3 days work / 1 day rest as a compromise which has less rest than both of their initial proposals?
I didn't even notice their compromise on rest days doesn't make any sense until people pointed it out in the comment I hope it was a error by the author, and they meant something in-between 5/2 and 1/10.
Also, the story is really nice and flufffy, but I feel like it's a bit weird that she's not a little more sad (at least it's not mentioned so far) about never going home and never seeing her family and friends again (if she has either?)...
