i mean, thats how it works in real life, deer populations need to be culled to prevent overpopulation, and the diseases, and the food shortage for all species that is caused by overpopulation.

too bad it seems they dont have that kind of science yet
 
in this situation i just think about how some animals eat their own babies so i don't feel too bad about taking away an animal's life to eat it (idk if it makes sense but im just here tryna not cry)
 
oof that was muddled AF....I get what the chapter was supposed to be about but they really didn't need to have the adorable baby not-armadillo plop on it's back all HIT ME HERE >_>;;;;;;;;;;;; food attainment is one thing but killing sentient creatures you can reason with is ehhhhhhhh............................there are other solutions.
 
Oh man. This very much feels like raising cute piglets then butchering them when they grow up. I feel kinda bad but still love consuming pork.
 
I had been in their place too but we have to do it so just brace yourself ;_;
