Anyone else unable to use their DM's?

I normally wouldn't bother asking since it says it's under maintenance, but it's been saying that for the past couple of months—at least it has for me—every time that I try to send a message. Is it just me, has it been that long for everyone else, or is my timing just always unlucky?
