A few of the chapters are misplaced or something which makes it hard to follow

I found this purely by typing random numbers in the manga chapter ID part of the url.

Some of the chapters are misplaced (chapter 8 should be chapter 7, the currently listed chapter 7 should be the last chapter of volume 2). Is there any way for me to fix this?
