If this ever gets serialized (with how I interpret the last pages which show a few characters that are shown more prominently), it kinda reminds me of a few shojo manga series that use an intraconnected anthology stories like "Sugars" by Yamamoto Mika (there are maybe more, but I only know one sorry :""( ) or the more seinen(?) ecchi one "Nande Koko ni Sensei ga?!"by Soborou, and it would be neat to see the wholesome different kind of pairs that could form and see the world building from it
