This reminds me of when I moved into our main house when I was a kid. There was an older widowed lady that was our neighbor who grew all sorts of vegetables in the couple of acres behind her house. She'd invite us over and let us have carrots and potatoes and other such things, we just had to dig them out ourselves. The payment seemed to be the joy she had just watching us kids digging through the dirt.

Fish head soup... Fish head is just bone and cartilage. It would give flavour to the broth, but are you really supposed to eat the skulls?

@Kaarme ummm I don't know where you come from..but here fish head kind of dishes is pretty common... And no you're not eating the skull, there's plenty of meat in the head too I do say... Like the cheek for example, and then you eat the eye, and then the brain too, it's quite difficult because mostly it's bone and skull but it have lot of meat too.. it's delicious but for me in particular, I'm not a fan of fish head dishes..
