I commented before and I'll do that again, and make the same question..

What's the point of that system if protagonist can't even save a one girl from dying?

Now she wasn't even infected. Just stabbed. This is totally bullshit and retarded.

So close to drop this webtoon. This author can only make the wrong decisions (in my taste) it seems.

First wrong turn was when the sister died, and mc didn't even bother to try save her, or try asking the system for help.
Here it's totally the same shit. The guy didn't even try ask the system if there's anything to do.

I remember some similar webtoon (with a system), and there the guy could take an emergency loan from the system, so that he could buy the needed shit (from the system's store) in a hurry to save a girl.. I'm disappointed that this author didn't think of anything like that..
