Apply Language Filter to Follows List :planned:

I have several manga in my "plan-to-read" list, they are mostly completed, in hiatus or have extremely infrequent update schedule

it gets quite confusing to see them being updated 1 or 2 days ago, then it turns out was in some other language

i would like the existing language filter for latest update to also apply to the follows

just to be clear, under https://mangadex.org/follows, there is 4 tabs, "Latest Updates", "Manga", "Groups" & "Import (Batoto)"

The "Latest Updates" is already filtered by language, but the "Manga" tab & its dropdown options doesn't

@freelance in this situation, the 'latest updates' is supposed to be the 'Last Updated' time that you find under 'Manga'
I guess I fucked up writing that when I was making the list so I guess I'll go edit it. Nothing changed, still planned
